Wine-tasting or organoleptic characteristics The white wines under the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin are dry, sharp, floral and intensely fruity and they have a very fine and persisting taste. The mono-variety "Albariño" type wines have a straw yellowish colour, with golden and green nuances. Their fine and unique bouquet is fruity and floral; it is very pleasant, of average intensity and average-long duration. Their taste is fresh and mild, full-bodied and with an adequate alcoholic degree, balanced acidity, harmonious and with many pleasant nuances. The "Rosal" and "Condado do Tea" type wines are custom-made since they consist of a selected combination of "Loureira" and "Treixadura" grape varieties, respectively.
