Wine-tasting or organoleptic characteristics

The white wines under the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin are dry, sharp, floral and intensely fruity and they have a very fine and persisting taste.

The mono-variety "Albariño" type wines have a straw yellowish colour, with golden and green nuances. Their fine and unique bouquet is fruity and floral; it is very pleasant, of average intensity and average-long duration. Their taste is fresh and mild, full-bodied and with an adequate alcoholic degree, balanced acidity, harmonious and with many pleasant nuances. Its persisting taste is pleasant, elegant and complete.

The "Rosal" and "Condado do Tea" type wines are custom-made since they consist of a selected combination of "Loureira" and "Treixadura" grape varieties, respectively. Their bouquet is very intense; they are slightly acid, full-bodied, pleasant and attractive.
