The wines produced in the southern coast of Galicia, which bear the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin, have received with many awards and recognitions in the most prestigious competitions and they are served all around the world.

Due to their characteristics, these wines will enrich dishes based on fish, on the iodine flavour of seafood or the latest creations in the field of seafood cuisine. They can be taken at any time and they should be tasted carefully and gradually with some appetizers or even at lunchtime as the perfect complement for the most delicate dish.

The manufacturing process of the wines protected under the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin exclusively uses grapes of the following varieties:
  • White: Albariño, Loureira blanca or Marqués, Treixadura and Caíño blanco.
  • Red: Caíño tinto, Espadeiro, Loureira tinta and Sousón
